Design and Synthesis of Transferrable Macro-SizedContinuous Free-Standing Metal-Organic Framework Films for Biosensor Device

2024年3月11日,我院在《先进科学》(Advanced Science)上发表题为《用于生物传感器装置的可转移宏观尺寸连续自支撑金属有机框架薄膜的设计与合成技术》(Design and Synthesis of Transferrable Macro-SizedContinuous Free-Standing Metal-Organic Framework Films for Biosensor Device)的研究工作。赵哲博士为第一作者,黄高山教授,梅永丰教授为通讯作者文章报道了一种利用原子层沉积制备厘米级自支撑MOF薄膜的普适性方法,首先通过 ALD 在牺牲层上沉积氧化物纳米膜,然后将部分氧化物纳米膜转化为目标 MOF 结构。随着牺牲层的去除,产生了由残余氧化物纳米膜连接的自支撑MOF膜。这种自支撑MOF薄膜可转移到多种衬底及传感器件表面。结果表明,由于对葡萄糖分子的强烈吸附,所获得的器件在高灵敏度、低检测限和长耐用性方面表现出优异的性能。转移的 MOF薄膜器件对葡萄糖传感表现出 4840 μAmM-1 cm-2 的超高灵敏度和 0.14 μM 的低检测限这项工作为后摩尔时代制备MOF薄膜和MOF薄膜生物传感器件奠定了理论和技术基础

On March 11, 2024, our institute published a paper titled Design and Synthesis Technology of Transferable Macro-sized Continuous Self-Supporting Metal-Organic Framework Films for Biosensor Devices in Advanced Science. Dr. Zhe Zhao is the first author, Professor Gaoshan Huang and Professor Yongfeng Mei are the corresponding authors. The article reports a universal method for preparing centimeter-scale self-supporting MOF films using atomic layer deposition. First, ALD is used to deposit oxide nanofilms on the sacrificial layer, and then part of the oxide nanofilms are converted into the target MOF structure. With the removal of the sacrificial layer, a self-supporting MOF film connected by residual oxide nanofilms is produced. This self-supporting MOF film can be transferred to a variety of substrates and sensing device surfaces. The results show that the obtained device exhibits excellent performance in terms of high sensitivity, low detection limit, and long durability due to the strong adsorption of glucose molecules. The transferred MOF thin film device exhibited an ultrahigh sensitivity of 4840 μAmM-1 cm-2 and a low detection limit of 0.14 μM for glucose sensing. This work lays a theoretical and technical foundation for the preparation of MOF films and MOF film-based biosensing devices in the More-than-Moore era.
