Dr. Zhengwei Tan Wins Bronze Award at the 1st ICBC Cup Zhejiang Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

近日,第二十届中国研究生电子设计竞赛商业计划书专项赛初赛结果揭晓,复旦大学智慧纳米机器人与纳米系统国际研究院团队表现出色,荣获佳绩。

此次竞赛中,我院博士生卞长路队长带领博士生牛艺霖、硕士生姜汉文两位同学,组成 “微光枢纽” 团队,凭借 “基于氨化硅三维管状微腔的光子集成芯片关键技术研究” 作品,在众多参赛团队中脱颖而出,荣获上海赛区一等奖。欧阳亦青年研究员凭借其专业及指导水平,荣获优秀指导教师称号。上海赛区竞争异常激烈,仅有 8 个团队能够斩获一等奖,“微光枢纽” 团队能获此殊荣,充分展现了其在光子集成芯片关键技术研究方面的卓越实力。该作品围绕氨化硅三维管状微腔展开,致力于突破光子集成芯片领域的技术瓶颈,取得了多项创新性成果,其技术的创新性、可行性以及潜在的商业价值得到了评审专家的高度认可。团队成员表示,参赛经历让他们受益匪浅,未来将继续努力,不断完善项目,提升自身实力。

中国研究生电子设计竞赛是电子类相关学科研究生培养创新创业意识、增强团队精神、提升实践能力的重要平台。复旦大学一直高度重视学生创新实践能力的培养,积极组织学生参与各类高水平学科竞赛。此次在商业计划书专项赛初赛中取得的成绩,不仅彰显了复旦大学在电子信息领域的科研实力与人才培养成果,也为学校进一步推动创新创业教育积累了宝贵经验。

Our Institute's Team won the first Prize of Shanghai Division in the Preliminary Round of the 20th China Graduate Electronic Design Competition - Business Plan Special Competition


The preliminary results of the 20th China Graduate Electronic Design Competition (Business Plan Special Competition) were announced, with Our Institute's Twilight Hub team winning the Shanghai division first prize. The team, led by Bian Changlu and including Niu Yilin and Jiang Hanwen, presented their research on Key Technologies of Photonic Integrated Chips Based on Ammoniated Silicon 3D Tubular Microcavities. Young Researcher Ouyang Yi received the Excellent Mentor award for their guidance.

Only eight teams secured the top prize in the highly competitive Shanghai divisionarea. The team’s work on silicon nitride microcavities aims to overcome photonic chip bottlenecks, earning praise for its innovation and commercial potential. Participants gained valuable experience and plan to further refine their project.

The competition fosters innovation and teamwork among electronics graduate students. Fudan University actively supports such initiatives, reinforcing its strength inelectronic information research and talent development. The university aims to build on this success in future competitions and scientific research advancements.
