2025年7月30日下午,“华为杯”第八届中国研究生创“芯”大赛圆满落幕。本届赛事由教育部学位管理与研究生教育司指导,中国学位与研究生教育学会等权威机构主办,南京大学承办,华为技术有限公司冠名,共吸引来自全国206所高校的1483支队伍和4160名学子同场竞技。经过初赛评审、线上答辩等多轮严苛筛选,全国仅269支团队获得等级奖,竞争异常激烈。
复旦大学智慧纳米机器人与纳米系统国际研究院(IIINN)在本届大赛中表现亮眼。由汪奕同学担任队长,柯昕逸、梅宇两位队员组成的高山创芯团队,在黄高山教授指导下以扎实的前沿研究成果“多模态感知及神经网络辅助的MOF薄膜基传感器”成功晋级全国线下总决赛(复旦大学仅两队进入决赛),与188支队伍角逐最高奖项,进行了7小时的封闭式上机考试以及笔试测试等高强度比拼,赢得全国三等奖。由卢陈梓同学担任队长,左雪芹、张罗钊两位队员组成的PPAL-FDYW团队,聚焦面向后摩尔时代的钌(Ru)基先进互连材料原子层沉积(ALD)制备技术研究,在石建军教授指导下以其创新的方案获得全国三等奖。
中国研究生创“芯”大赛坚持“创芯、选星、育芯”宗旨,是服务国家集成电路产业的核心赛事平台。本届大赛获《中国研究生》《半导体学报》等十余家权威媒体支持。我院团队在该赛事上的双重突破,充分展现了我院学子解决前沿领域关键问题的能力,凸显了我院在前沿交叉学科人才培养上的显著成效。
Two Teams from Our Institute Have Been Honored with Awards at the 8th Huawei Cup China Postgraduate IC Innovation Competition
Our Institute (International Institute for Intelligent Nanorobots and Nanosystems, IIINN) achieved dual honors at the fiercely contested 8th Huawei Cup China Postgraduate IC Innovation Competition, guided by Association of Chinese Degree and Graduate Education Society, and hosted by Nanjing University. Attracting 1,483 teams from 206 universities nationwide, only 269 teams claimed awards after rigorous evaluations spanning technical defenses, written exams, and live demonstrations.
Our institute delivered an outstanding performance at this year's competition. The Gaoshan Innovation Team, led by Yi Wang with members Xinyi Ke, and Yu Mei under the guidance of Professor Gaoshan Huang, secured a Third Prize for their robust research on Multi-Modal Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) Film-Based Sensors with Neural Network Assistance. They successfully advanced to the national offline finals, competing with 188 elite teams for top honors through a high-intensity assessment including a rigorous 7 hours closed-room computer-based examand written tests. The PPAL-FDYW team, led by Chenzi Lu with members Xueqin Zuo and Luozhao Zhang, focused on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology for ruthenium (Ru)-based interconnect materials targeting post-Moore-era challenges. Under the guidance of Professor Jianjun Shi, their innovative solution secured the Third Prize.
Upholding its mission of Innovating ICs, Selecting Talents, Nurturing Expertise, the China Postgraduate IC Innovation Competition serves as a core platform supporting China’s integrated circuit industry. The achievements by IIINN at this competition fully demonstrate the students’ capability to address critical challenges in cutting-edge fields, highlighting the institute’s significant efficacy in cultivating interdisciplinary talent.
