近日,2024年度中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划评审结果公布。我院梅永丰教授指导的2021级直博生张子煜同学入选2024年度中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划,托举协会为中国材料研究协会。张子煜同学研究方向为柔性薄膜光电材料、器件及应用,主要围绕基于硅纳米薄膜的多功能光电探测器展开学习与研究,曾获国家自然科学基金青年学生基础研究项目(博士生)资助。

Doctoral Student Supervised by Prof. Yongfeng Mei at IIINN has been selected for the 2024 CAST Youth Talent Support Program for PhD Students
Recently, the evaluation results of the 2024 China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Young Talent Support Program for doctoral Students were announced. Zhang Ziyu, a 2021 direct-entry doctoral student supervised by Prof. Yongfeng Mei from our institute, has been selected for the 2024 CAST Young Talent Support Program for doctoral Students. The supporting association is the Chinese Materials Research Society. Zhang Ziyu's research focuses on novel optoelectronic materials, devices, and applications, with a primary emphasis on multifunctional optoelectronic detectors based on silicon nanomembrane. He has received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) for the Basic Research Program for Young Students (Doctoral Students).
